- CALM regular membership is open to publications or programs of CLC-affiliated unions.
- CALM associate membership is open to publications or programs of non-CLC-affiliated unions. Dues and services are the same as for regular members.
- Other organizations or individuals may become subscribers, however, they can't become members. Services are the same as for regular members.
- Dues are charged annually, at the beginning of each calendar year. For a new member joining after June 30, dues are pro-rated by half for the current year. For a new member joining after November 1, dues are the full amount, but they are applied to the following calendar year.
